KickFit is a fitness blender kickboxing/muay thai /cardio system that delivers a hard-hitting workout. This class incorporates different kicking techniques and drills. It’s an intense 45 min workout. If you are looking for a high-powered, calorie-crushing workout, this is your class.
The CORE class is designed to exercise muscles around your core. A Strong core improves your performance in your favorite sport and helps your body survive the everyday wear and tear. Core class focuses on those that support your spine: abdominal, back, hip and shoulder muscles. You leave with toned abs, glutes and legs, as well as improved posture.
Or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort, through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Exercises can be modified from high to low impact making it perfect for all levels.
Combines high-intensity interval training with the integration of a spin class.
A fat-torching, sweat-pouring workout in just four minutes. That’s Tabata. This workout maximizes the benefits of interval training in a short amount of time, and you can do it with almost anything—cardio machines, bodyweight moves, you name it. Tabata involves 20 seconds of max effort followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated eight times for a total of four minutes. Every four-minute bout is one complete Tabata.
A class dedicated to the toning of your abs, arms (upper body) and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, while also targeting your quads and hamstrings.
